To find the page you want to edit, see Find a page in the CMS

When you’ve found the page you want to edit, e.g. Foster a child

You can click the name of the page in the left-hand title column to get a view of how it will look when published (with a bit of extra information - you’re looking at this page in the CMS, not on the live site)

To edit the page, click edit in the black panel at the top.

Alternatively, you can click the edit button in the right-hand column of the content list (top screenshot) to go straight to the edit page screen. Either way, you get the edit page screen

You can edit text here by revising, deleting or adding to the text in any of the components on the page. Or you can add or remove entire components.

See Page fields and components.

NB after editing a page, if you click save but instead of your page you just get a blank screen like this

go to the site switcher dropdown in the black admin bar at the top of the page.

Select the site you wish to view the content in and click switch, then you should see the content correctly.
