Cloning a page creates an identical copy, which can save you time if you need to publish a page that’s very similar, or if you need to publish a Welsh version.

To clone a page you can either select clone in the operations column of the content list

or select clone from the black menu at the top of the page itself

Edit the cloned page as required, and save.

When you save a cloned page it automatically goes into the orphaned content list. To get it out of there, click the Orphaned tab at the top of the page

To add the cloned page to the site you need it on, select add to multisite in the action dropdown, select your cloned page by ticking the box on the left, then click apply to selected items

On the Which multisite do you want to add these items to screen, select the site you need, and click Add to multisite

Your page will no longer be on the orphaned list but will appear on the main content list

where you can continue to edit it, publish it, add it to menu, etc.
