If you need to edit, add or remove tags, talk to website development team who are responsible for the lists, before making any changes.
If you have permission to add/edit taxonomy terms
Select structure from the panel at the top of the Drupal page
Click taxonomy on the structure page
On the taxonomy page there’s a dropdown in the right-hand operations column of each ‘vocabulary name’ (set of terms that cms users can use in tagging fields or dropdowns)
Add terms lets you add to the list (e.g. add a region to the list of regions). Just write the new term in the name field, ignore Relations and click save.
Edit vocabulary lets you change the name of the list (not advisable)
or add a description that displays in the main taxonomy list
List terms gives you a list of all the terms that are in a particular vocabulary
There’s a dropdown in the operations column where you can edit or delete a term. You can also add terms to this list by clicking the add terms button at the top.
